An order will be considered accepted once Secret Closet confirms the order.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after 12 hours may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing, production, customization or dispatch.
Custom-made orders
Custom-made, personalized or made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged or materially different from what was ordered.
Customers are therefore advised to carefully check measurements, customization details and product information before confirming such orders.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched according to the applicable product and shipping timelines communicated on the website.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- product availability;
- whether the product is ready-to-ship or made-to-order;
- customization;
- courier delays;
- public holidays;
- weather conditions;
- remote delivery locations;
- customs clearance; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Secret Closet accepts eligible returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Products must generally be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- unaltered;
- free from stains, perfume, makeup or other marks;
- returned with original tags and packaging; and
- accompanied by the required order information.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-returnable products

- custom-made products;
- personalized products;
- made-to-measure products;
- products altered at the customer's request;
- products specifically marked as non-returnable; and
- final-sale products, where applicable.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged;
- defective;
- incorrect; or
- materially different from the product ordered,

13. CUSTOM-MADE & MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS
Some Secret Closet products may be created specifically according to customer measurements or customization requests.
Because these products are produced specifically for the customer:
Custom-made and made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged or materially different from the agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization information.
Minor variations may occur due to the handmade or artisanal nature of certain products.
14. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or another permitted method.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
Shipping charges and other charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Where customers submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, the customer confirms that such content is genuine and does not infringe another person's rights.

I have not invented an email address for you. That's deliberate.
Your website previously had inconsistent email addresses, so I would rather leave email out than put another incorrect address into a legal policy.
Also, your Refund & Exchange Policy should be rewritten separately to exactly match this:
